With a decade of experience in process optimization and communication management, she specializes in translating complex needs into clear, documented workflows (SOPs, CRM administration, compliance tracking), ensuring every process is smooth, accurate, and scalable.

PROJECT MANAGER

Naveen is a structured Project Manager and Business Analyst with expertise across the banking and automobile sectors. He manages the entire project lifecycle—from requirement gathering to training—ensuring the precision and timely execution of every Fatrio engagement. His discipline transforms complex financial operations into organized, data-driven systems.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ADVISOR

Vivek anchors Fatrio's Technology Support & Systems Reliability Wing. With experience building large-scale IT environments (Region of Peel, Ontario Government), he applies ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices to ensure every digital advisory process runs with engineered foresight, zero guesswork, and maximum reliability.
