Having navigated complex financial environments in both compliance and recovery roles, she deeply understands where businesses are most vulnerable to systemic failure and ethical compromise.

With a decade of experience in process optimization and communication management, she specializes in translating complex needs into clear, documented workflows (SOPs, CRM administration, compliance tracking), ensuring every process is smooth, accurate, and scalable.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ADVISOR

Vivek anchors Fatrio's Technology Support & Systems Reliability Wing. With experience building large-scale IT environments (Region of Peel, Ontario Government), he applies ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices to ensure every digital advisory process runs with engineered foresight, zero guesswork, and maximum reliability.
