Clients remain solely responsible for their final business decisions based on the information provided.
3. Limitation of Liability
Fatrio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on information provided or errors/omissions in data provided by clients.
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client to Fatrio for the specific diagnostic or advisory service giving rise to the claim.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, diagnostics, including the F.A.T.R.I.O. Framework and Fatrio Lens™ methodology, reports, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Fatrio Corelink Solutions, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Client Data Confidentiality
Fatrio maintains strict confidentiality of all client data and diagnostic findings pursuant to our Privacy Policy and executed service agreements.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. The client irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta for the resolution of any disputes.
